Being resourceful is essential when offering customer service. I believe we always have resources given to us, the tools we need to do the job. But sometimes when we can't find them or access them, we must be resourceful, find the answer and follow through until it's resolved.
There are many ways to be resourceful and I find proactively sharing experiences and knowledge with team mates is a great way. I'm not afraid to ask questions and am confident to share for others to benefit also. I use my initiative and try my very best to find work arounds or anything (within reason) to get the job done for the best possible customer experience.
