1 - Can be used as a key chain holder 2 - Can be used for an emergency to hold up a ripped hem of a pants/dress 3 - Hang home made ornaments off a Christmas tree 4 - My Favourite - if you unfold a paperclip and hook one end into the beginning of a bracelet and place the other end of the hook on the flat of you palm, you can hold the bracelet in place and tie/clip the other one of the bracelet into place - easy peasy!

What makes me resourceful

Being resourceful is essential when offering customer service. I believe we always have resources given to us, the tools we need to do the job. But sometimes when we can't find them or access them, we must be resourceful, find the answer and follow through until it's resolved. There are many ways to be resourceful and I find proactively sharing experiences and knowledge with team mates is a great way.
