Hello,

My name is Jennifer Buckley. I live in Newport, County Tipperary which is about 15 minutes from Limerick city. I currently work for Apple as a Senior Technical advisor and customer service has always been my calling! I have been in Customer Support roles for the last 10 years and find there is nothing more rewarding than helping a customer resolve whatever issue they may have. I also work from home and pride myself on time management and meeting my targets.

I have a 7 year old fur child/dog named Molly and even though she's crazy, I adore her! I spend my time on (many) walks with her, reading, socializing and catching up with friends on a regular basis. Recently I have taken up baking, so I'm very glad of the (many) walks with Molly!
